Winchester First, A Downtown Program, is proud to host the 5th Annual Beer Cheese Festival in our Historic Downtown District the second weekend in June! Last year, an estimated 10,000 people packed the streets of downtown to sample beer cheese, listen to live music, eat great food and shop from the vendors!
This year you can expect even more! Join us as we transform Main Street into Beer Cheese Blvd. $5 wristbands for sale at entrance tents.
Beer Cheese dates back to the 1940s in Clark County, when it is believed to first be made by Joe Allman for cousin John Allman', restaurants on the Kentucky River. Since then, people have fallen for this delicious spread that goes great with carrots, celery, crackers or anything you want!
See you downtown on June 8!!
