Discovering Devou Family History at Behringer Crawford Museum
For over a century, Devou Park has been an integral part of the community and culture of Covington and Northern Kentucky. Yet little is known about the Devou family, who donated the land for the park, as well as the house that would become Behringer-Crawford Museum. Through genealogical and historical research, BCM's Curator of Collections Tiffany Hoppenjans has filled in some of the gaps in the family's history. Learn about the Devou roots as Hoppenjans presents her discoveries and brings new light to the creation of Devou Park.Included with museum admission.
