The Kentucky Symphony Orchestra is proud to present three fantastic programs for all ages in its 22st summer at Devou Park Amphitheater. The KSO continues a 75 year old tradition that brings together generations of families in a playful and exciting environment. Since 1939, families and friends in the area have gathered together, with picnics and blankets, to enjoy music, laughter, and memories that will last them a lifetime.

The Billboard Top-40 charts of the last 50 years reveal many great country, pop, rock, R&B, soul, Latin, funk, disco, rap and jazz influenced artists, sounds and songs, that everyone attending this show, regardless of their age, will have a favorite to which they can dance and/or sing along. Back to school, season kick-offs for football and arts groups (KSO's 25th) — Labor Day has taken on a New Year's significance with its parting nod to summer. In Vienna, a New Year (January) is annually celebrated by a Viennese concert of Strauss waltzes, marches and polkas. This KSO version will allow for singing, dancing, laughing, and a Tom & Jerry cartoon.
All three programs are free to the public though donations are encouraged ($5.00 per person suggested).
