Kentucky Great Writers at The Carnegie Center
The Kentucky Great Writers Series connects authors to readers and writers in an intimate atmosphere. Join us on Tuesday, October 4 for readings from Fenton Johnson’s The Man Who Loved Birds, Dave Harrity’s Our Father in the Year of the Wolf, and Jesse Donaldson’s The More They Disappear. The event starts at a new time this season, 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute open-mic session to give the audience a chance to participate. At 6:00 the readings by featured authors will begin. After the author readings, the audience will have the opportunity to get books signed.
Free admission. Locally owned Morris Book Shop will be on hand to sell the Kentucky authors’ books. Refreshments provided by Nate's Coffee.
