The Artist’s Way at Work: How to Create Personal and Professional Success for Women.
The Artist’s Way at Work is a twelve-week course to personal transformation for women based on the book The Artist’s Way at Work: Riding the Dragon: Twelve Weeks to Creative Freedom by Mark Bryan and Julia Cameron. A complete body, mind, and spirit approach to fulfillment, we will meet once a week for twelve weeks, giving you the strength, structure, and support to change your life — one day at a time.
From the book:
“At its root The Artist’s Way at Work is a workable program of personal excellence, combining constant forward-looking vision with daily achievement. … (It’s) about integrating our creative energies into our daily living — at the office and at home — to further our careers and our lives.”
Textbook: The Artist’s Way at Work will be provided. Participants should bring a bound 8.5 x 11 inch journal to the first class.
