Join us at Wallace Station Deli on Saturday, Feb. 23, when Chef/Owner Ouita Michel will be in the house to assist manager Lanny Lansdale and his staff for a Gourmet Burger Feast! Seatings are at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
The sumptuous burgers and side dishes will be crafted with the finest meats, vegetables, cheeses and toppings that Ouita and Lanny can find. The menu features the Duck Confit Burger, which is topped with a slab of foie gras, sweet-and-sour cabbage and fresh-sliced apples; the Crispy Soft Shell Crab Burger with our wonderful remoulade; the Wild Mushroom Burger with Brie, and more!
The meal also features sinfully indulgent sides such as Lobster Mashed Potatoes, Truffle Fries, Gagel's Bibb Lettuce Salad with Kenny's Blue Gouda, and more. As always, we will offer delicious desserts from our own Midway School Bakery.
