The BG Gauntlet Mud Run is a muddy 3-mile or so, obstacle course fun run—no serious people allowed. Rules: Help your neighbor. No whining or being grumpy. No pushing, shoving, crying or biting. Leave valuables at home. Wear old clothes and shoes (they may not make it home). Bring a trash bag to put muddy clothes into take home. Don’t dive into the mud. Don’t avoid an obstacle—you have to complete them all. No babies/strollers/dogs/fish/birds, etc. Don’t worry about finishing quickly—finish with style. The rest of the rules we’ll make up as we go!
There will be live music from a few local bands, a helium balloon launch and more. Participants may receive a T-shirt and a finishers' reward. Help the Center for Courageous Kids and have fun exercising at the same time.
