The next 2nd Thursday Program at the Bluegrass Heritage Museum will be on March 13. The speakers will be Larry Elliott and his wife Mary Elliott, who are Living History Presenters portraying Abraham and Mary Todd Lincoln. All programs are free and take place at the Bluegrass Heritage Museum, located at 217 South Main Street in downtown Winchester. The doors will be open at 6 p.m. and the program begins at 6:30 p.m. The museum has a handicapped accessible side door entrance. There will be refreshments after the program.
