Moonshine University in Louisville will host an enthusiast class on Bourbon in the Kitchen with culinary professor and author Albert Schmid on Thursday, Aug. 21, from 6-8 p.m. Attendees will discover bourbon’s unique culinary character during the cooking class led by Schmid, a Sullivan University professor and author of The Kentucky Bourbon Cookbook.
The two-hour class will give students tips on pairing bourbon with food and creating bourbon-infused dishes at home. Video demonstrations will provide a visual guide to cooking with Kentucky’s native spirit.
The cost is $39 per person.
