The Fork & Bottle Dinner Series is a new monthly series that will take place at Proof on Main, located inside of the 21c Museum Hotel Louisville. Throughout the new series, guest brewers, distillers and wine makers will create pairings to go with executive chef Levon Wallace's seasonal, four-course menu.
The July series, which will take place on July 24th at 6:30 p.m., will feature pairings from Louisville's own Against the Grain Brewery (www.atgbrewery.com). Against the Grain is Louisville's first brewer-owned brewery, is located next to Louisville Slugger Field, and offers a diverse array of beers that cover the major categories of beer as well as an endless stream of innovative new brews.
