The Fork & Bottle Dinner Series takes place at Proof on Main, located inside of the 21c Museum Hotel Louisville. Throughout the series, guest brewers, distillers and wine makers will create pairings to go with executive chef Levon Wallace's seasonal, four-course menu.
The September Fork & Bottle Dinner Series will be a very Kentucky-centric dinner. Proof on Main, which carries 75+ of Kentucky's finest bourbons and is known as one of the prime stops along the Urban Bourbon Trail, will be partnering with Willett Distillery for the September Fork & Bottle dinner.
Willett Distillery is a local, family-owned and -operated company that produces various brands of bourbon and rye whiskey, and makes a perfect match for Proof on Main's bourbon-centric bar program. Executive Chef Levon Wallace will craft a soulful four-course menu, and guests will get to try a selection of Willett Distillery's finest and most unique bourbons and rye whiskies with each course.
