New for 2013, Springhill will be hosting dinners once a month. Each month, we will showcase a different dinner paired with some of Springhill’s best wines. Our chef has planned a tasty menu, and we are excited to share this culinary experience with you.
Here’s a sample of what’s on the St. Patty’s Day Dinner menu salad: tomato bisque, seasoned fish fillets or cubed lamb on a bed of mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls, baked apples, red cabbage, mint flavored cheesecake and Springhill wine. When you call to make reservations, find out from your party beforehand if they would prefer the fish or the lamb. Menus are planned out until July, so call to see what the main course will be for that month.
