The Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft presents Winter Break Art Camp – The Magic of the Line on December 22. Activities include:
Make a sketch book for drawing pictures using only one line.
Use wire and pipe cleaners to turn your drawings into sculptures.
Follow Alexander Calder’s example to form moving sculptures that you can hang from your ceiling or display on a table.
The camp, for K-5 grade students, takes place from 9 am to 4 pm. Cost is $50 for members/$60 for non-members. Choose all four days of camp and save 25% (all four days=$150 members/ $180 non-members).
