A Luau Roast to help St. Nick’s
Ribbing & Roasting
St. Nicholas Clinic’s Charity Roast & Toast is a night of good-natured ribbing and toasting of a well-known community member. The event is their largest fundraiser of the year and they’re hoping for great crowd. This Luau is all about celebrating the “roastee” and his community spirit, with lighthearted input from the friends he's chosen to poke fun at himself. It includes a lot of hilarity a buffet dinner and cash bar.
The event will take place at the Julian Carroll Convention Center, located at 415 Park Avenue, Paducah. This year it will be held on July 22 from 6 – 9pm. (A special cocktail hour for VIP sponsors precedes dinner at 6pm.) The Luau Buffet dinner is being catered by The Catering Company (Jeff Parker & Tyler Parker). Attendees will be enjoying BBQ chicken, BBQ brisket, BBQ pork, green beans, cole slaw, hash brown casserole, fresh fruit skewers, and assorted desserts. The Parkers are also donating 10% of bar proceeds to St. Nicholas Foundation. The theme and attire is tropical/luau or business casual/casual.
Ken Hunt is this year's “roastee”. He is the President/CEO of A&K Construction which is a headquartered in Paducah.
A table of 8 with preferred seating is available for $1,000. Couples can purchase two tickets for $125 and individual tickets are $75.
