Pappy New Year Bourbon Dinner at Bristol
This New Year’s Eve bourbon lovers don’t want to miss the Bristol downtown’s four-course feast prepared by executive chef Ramon Forcelledo complete with a flight of Pappy Van Winkle bourbon that includes one pour of 12-year Van Winkle Special Reserve and highly sought-after Pappy Van Winkle 15, 20 and 23-year-old batches. The Pappy New Year evening kicks off at 5 p.m. with seating until 10 p.m. Cost is $90 per person, not including tax and gratuity. Featured dishes include locally sourced meat and produce including Clark Family Farm’s smoked chicken vol-au-vent, Four Hills Farm stuffed leg of lamb and Bristol’s New Year’s Eve pastry chef Mariel Gabel’s delectable desserts.
