The 7 Borders
The 7 Borders exhibition features artists from Kentucky and the seven states that directly border our Commonwealth—Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. Geographically, Kentucky is a mixture of the Midwest and the South, and historically, Kentucky was one of the “border states” in the Civil War. The exhibit will examine the shared histories and common threads that connect a wide array of creators working within the region.
The exhibition is curated by Joey Yates.
Museum hours: Monday, closed; Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-5pm; Sunday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
