The BG Gauntlet Mud Run is a muddy, approximately 3-mile obstacle course fun run — no serious people allowed. Help your neighbor. No whining or being grumpy. No pushing, shoving, crying or biting. Leave valuables at home. Wear old clothes and shoes (they may not make it home). Bring a trash bag to put muddy clothes in to take home.
Don’t dive into the mud. Don’t avoid an obstacle — you have to complete them all. No babies/strollers/dogs/fish/birds, etc. Don’t worry about finishing fast — finish with style! The rest of the rules we’ll make up as we go! There will be live music from a few local bands, a helium balloon launch and more. Participants may receive a T-shirt and a finishers reward.
Help the Center for Courageous Kids and have fun exercising at the same time.
