WCPL Welcomes Actress, Author Kimberly Williams-Paisley
Warren County Public Library will host actress and author Kimberly Williams-Paisley Tuesday, June 21, at 6:00 p.m. She will discuss and sign her book Where The Light Gets In: Losing My Mother Only to Find Her Again at the Knicely Conference Center, located at 2355 Nashville Road.
Star of the blockbuster Father of the Bride movies and wife of country singer Brad Paisley, the actress has been featured on both the big screen and on television, enjoying recurring roles in the series Relativity, According to Jim, Nashville and Two and a Half Men.
In this newly released memoir, she delves deeply into the story of her mother's early-onset dementia, which chronicles her family's journey of dealing with the devastating disease. "I hope that the whole story - and what we learned from its challenges, mistakes, moments of joy and unexpected humor - will help many more people, and promote further awareness of a heartbreaking epidemic," Williams-Paisley said in a press release statement.
Free digital tickets are available online at warrenpl.org/tickets; paper tickets will be available at all library locations. Books will be on sale that night to be autographed, but no memorabilia will be signed
