Norton Cancer Institute Resource Center presents Yoga Nidra: Peaceful Meditation, presented by Tami Combs, certified yoga instructor. Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation technique for stress relief and relaxation. During yoga Nidra, you will release muscular, emotional and mental tensions.
Yoga mats will be available. Dress comfortably and bring a small pillow, blanket and towel to roll up under your knees. The class is free and will be held Thursday, August 7, from 6-8 p.m. at Norton Health & Wellness Center.
