The 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia marks the tenth time students and faculty from the Asbury University School of Communication Arts have been involved with the Games What the school’s dean, James Owens, thought was “a one-shot deal” when he took students to the 1996 Games in Atlanta, has resulted in more than 600 Asbury students working in paid broadcasting positions during the Olympics.
