Kentucky’s native spirit effervesces in this New Year’s Eve-worthy cocktail by Doc Crow’s bar manager Jacquelyn Zykan.
Ingredients:
1 oz. Heaven Hill 6 year bourbon
2 dashes peach bitters
1/2 oz. Mathilde Peche peach liqueur
Sparkling wine to top off
Preparation:
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into flute, top with sparkling wine and garnish with mint sprig
