Pumpkin Casserole

Pumpkin Casserole
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
½ cup self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup butter, melted
Ground cinnamon, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, melted butter and cinnamon to taste.
3. Spoon into a 1½-2-quart casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
